Jordan excelled at the plate for the Rockies over his five games played last weekend, batting .600/.636/.800 (6-for-10) with two doubles, five runs scored, four RBI, one walk, and two stolen bases. His scorching hot bat guided the Rockies to a 4-1 record and a third place finish in the Matt Dozier Benefit NIT tournament. Luke Jordan's nomination as the Texas Rockies Baseball Organization's Offensive Player of the Week is his first this season.

The Rockies' right-handed hurler held opposing batters to a .150 clip and earned his first two victories of the fall with two strong outings out of the bullpen. The Rockies' defender recorded six putouts on six total chances and completed his first tournament of the fall without committing a single error in the field. Acie Hickman's nomination as the Texas Rockies Baseball Organization's Defensive Player of the Week is his first this season.
